Use the looping 12-Bar Blues pattern below to work on your chord strumming. Also, use all 5 of the pentatonic patterns from Levels 1 & 2 of the Standard Guitar Curriculum to improve your improvising skills. Remember, there is NO right or wrong when it comes to improvising! Just keep working at it and eventually you will sound the way you want to. Ask me for pointers during your lesson time if you need some advice.
